Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refunds 1) Any requests or payment of refunds by Joey Medical School will incur a $5 administration fee. 2) Should a class or program need to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers, participants will be notified and either offered a similar class or program or a full refund. 3) Up to 3 days before a scheduled program, Joey Medical School will accept a cancellation and refund any payment, less the non-refundable administration fee. 4) No refunds will be issued within 3 days prior to the scheduled start of a class or workshop, or once a program has commenced, regardless of attendance, as resources and staffing are confirmed in advance. 5) Joey Medical School reserves the right at any time to negotiate, change or vary the terms and conditions in clauses 1 to 4 above as it deems appropriate.
